Home made pasta crash course

Our chefs will show you how easy and enjoyable it is to learn how to prepare an impeccably delicious pasta dish.
Every lesson lasts 60 minutes, time to be agreed upon, at the well-known Pasta Chef venue: a full immersion in an authentic Italian cooking experience.
You will learn how to make pasta for your family such as, to name but a few, fettuccine and ravioli, with your own hands! The Chef will guide you throughout the whole experience and will match it with the perfect sauce.
And, at the end of the lesson, you will taste your own creations, drinks and desserts included!

Cooking tour & class

From two to six people
The cooking preparation comprises a gastronomic tour with shopping in the historic market of Campo de’ Fiori, where the required, fresh ingredients are chosen together.
The next step takes place in a flat close to St Peter’s Basilica, where the participants can cook together with the Chef, whilst listening to stories and connecting every recipe to the local traditions.
Finally, the participants sit down together to taste what has just been prepared: an authentic, rich Italian meal, with excellent aged wine.

Temporary cooking classes

Our programme of cooking classes for foreigners in Rome, opens at the Latin-American market, with new proposals aimed at preparing regional and thematic menus.
The service, already available in English, has been enriched with new Chefs who, thanks to their experiences abroad, also speak Portuguese. They will prepare, together with the tourists, elaborate recipes, inspired by the most authentic Italian cuisine.

Cooking classes for groups

From 15 to 60 people.
In the “Zagara” restaurant, situated very close to Castel Sant’Angelo, the Chef will guide the group towards the discovery of the culinary arts of authentic Italy, with thematic or regional dishes, chosen together at the time of booking.
Together, the participants will knead the dough and the different methods of preparing meat, fish, vegetables and desserts will be demonstrated, using only, fresh, seasonal ingredients.
After these great efforts come the well-deserved gratification: a lavish feast enriched with excellent wines in a convivial and unique atmosphere, all in the name of great taste and entertainment.
